Wylander, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is recruiting a Mitigation Project Manager for a company located in Canton, OH.
Compensation and Benefits:

They are seeking someone with high energy and excellent problem-solving skills. The Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for the mitigation department. This role will provide direction and coordination of all field activities related to the technicians, trade partners, estimating the loss utilizing Xactimate software and managing the lifecycle of the job.
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting inspections of all new job leads
  • Responsible for managing and guiding technicians on site projects
  • Review job profitably and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation department
  • Conduct proactive outreach to mold remediation service opportunities, build strong relationships, present services and close sales for remediation projects
  • Ability to manage and build high performing teams
  • Use Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects, selling services to the customer
  • Communicate and negotiate with insurance professionals
  • Ability to estimate and manage mitigation projects
  • Respond to property damage emergency calls
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of customers
  • Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize moisture mapping software
  • Ensuring that vehicle is maintained, cleaned, appropriately stocked
  • Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors
  • Participate in design, process and permit submittal
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Attend all appropriate company meetings
  • Overall work satisfaction
  • Additional duties required as needed

Requirements:
  • 3+ years related water mitigation experience, including supervisory experience
  • Xactimate experience preferred but willing to train
  • IICRC, WRT/ASD and AMRT are preferred
  • Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
