What is an influencer project manager?

An Influencer Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and coordinating influencer marketing campaigns for brands or agencies. They identify suitable influencers, negotiate partnerships, manage contracts, and ensure that deliverables align with campaign objectives and timelines. They also monitor campaign performance, communicate with both influencers and clients, and handle reporting and analytics. Their role is crucial in ensuring campaigns run smoothly and achieve desired marketing results.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an influencer project manager?

To thrive as an Influencer Project Manager, you need expertise in project management, influencer marketing strategy, and campaign analytics, often backed by a degree in marketing or communications. Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (like Aspire or CreatorIQ), social media analytics tools, and project management software (such as Asana or Trello) is typically required. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills help you effectively manage partnerships and deliver results under tight deadlines. These skills ensure successful campaign execution, effective collaboration, and measurable ROI for brand-influencer initiatives.

How does an influencer project manager typically collaborate with content creators and internal teams during a campaign?

An Influencer Project Manager acts as the main point of contact between brands, internal marketing teams, and influencers. They coordinate campaign details, ensure influencers understand the brand message, and manage timelines and deliverables. This role often involves facilitating creative brainstorming sessions, resolving issues that arise, and providing feedback to keep content aligned with campaign goals. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are key, as you’ll need to balance the creative freedom of influencers with the strategic objectives of your organization.

Job description

Senior Project Manager Government Construction | Mentor, Ohio Lead Complex Government Construction Projects That Matter

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex federal and commercial construction projects throughout the region.

This is an opportunity for an experienced construction leader who thrives in challenging environments, enjoys working directly with owners and government agencies, and takes pride in delivering projects that require exceptional planning, communication, and execution.

You'll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout while leading project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring every project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

If you're looking for a leadership position where your experience is respected, your decisions make an impact, and your projects truly matter, we'd like to speak with you.

What You'll Lead

As Senior Project Manager, you'll assume full responsibility for the planning, execution, financial performance, and successful completion of multiple construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead commercial and federal government construction projects from award through final completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, government representatives, and project stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Direct project teams, including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, contract administration, and project procurement activities.
  • Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
  • Conduct project meetings and maintain effective communication among all project participants.
  • Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Review project financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, and monthly reporting.
  • Mentor and develop junior project management staff while promoting operational excellence across the organization.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced construction professional with a proven record of successfully managing technically complex projects.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Approximately 15+ years of project management experience within commercial and government construction.
  • Demonstrated experience leading federal construction projects for agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, GSA, USACE, or other government entities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting procedures, specifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Extensive experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
The Ideal Candidate

You are a confident construction leader who earns the respect of clients, subcontractors, and project teams through preparation, professionalism, and sound decision-making.

You understand that successful projects are built through planning, accountability, and communication—not constant firefighting. You enjoy mentoring younger professionals, solving complex challenges, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • Lead high-profile federal and commercial construction projects.
  • Join an organization known for quality, integrity, and technical excellence.
  • Work directly with executive leadership and key project stakeholders.
  • Diverse project portfolio that includes government facilities, historic renovations, and technically challenging commercial work.
  • Opportunity to influence project strategy, client relationships, and operational success.
  • Collaborative culture that values leadership, accountability, and professional development.
  • Long-term career opportunity with a respected and growing contractor.
