Job description

This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Superintendent, Senate Office Buildings.

The Electronic Industrial Controls Mechanic Leader installs, maintains, evaluates and adjusts, repairs and calibrates electronic control equipment and systems in support of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) operations in the Senate Office Buildings (SOB).

Performs as journey-level Leader as an electronic industrial control mechanic with experience in the following: (experience must be reflected in resume to meet qualification)

- Leading and performing in maintaining, repairing, adjusting and solving complex problems in existing electronic sensing and control equipment

-Electronic Sensing BAS systems (building automation systems)

-HVAC R (glycol refrigeration)
