Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform scheduled preventative maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your Role:
As an Electro Mechanic, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing and industrial operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and electronic systems. Your key tasks will include:
  • Inspect, lubricate, adjust, and replace mechanical and electrical components as required.
  • Document maintenance activities and report equipment condition and trends.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, including bearings, motors, drives, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
  • Identify root causes of mechanical breakdowns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Align, assemble, and disassemble mechanical systems according to specifications.
  • Diagnose issues with low-voltage electronics, such as sensors, relays, PLC I/O, HMIs, and control circuits.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Support startup, shutdown, and commissioning of equipment following maintenance or repair.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency equipment failures.
  • Provide troubleshooting support during production hours to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with operators, engineers, and other maintenance personnel to resolve issues efficiently.

About You:
We are looking to hire a knowledgeable Electro Mechanic with proven experience or similar industrial maintenance role. You should have strong knowledge of mechanical and industrial electrical systems. Hands-on experience with high-voltage equipment and low-voltage control electronics.
Ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical failures independently, work safely in an industrial environment and respond to urgent repair needs.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, meter, and hand/power tools is a plus.
