Position Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Technician (Automotive) for our client located close to Huntsville,** AL**. In this role, you will be using many different types of power tools both electrical & air powered. A great opportunity to build your career with a leading company while enjoying steady hours and overtime potential.

Responsibilities
  • Must have experience with 12 Volt DC preferably in an automotive environment such as wiring car stereos, installing alarms, etc.
  • Ability to do carpentry tasks, such as trim work, using a tape measure proficiently.
  • Ability to use drill bits
  • Previous experience with wire harness assembly or electrical console assembly is a plus.
Requirements
  • Must be familiar with Compound miner saw, Band, Radial arm, Jig saws, Drill Press, Table grinder, routers, die grinders, D/A sanders, cut off tools & hand drills.
  • Candidate must have their own tools such as 3/8 to 3/4 Wrench, Phillip/Flat head screw drivers, Standard Sockets-1/4, 3/8 drive, Channel locks, Side Cutters & Tape measure.
  • Must pass background & drug screen
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred
  • Closed-toe shoes required
Schedule & Pay
  • Shift:1st Shift Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-4:30PM Fridays 7:30am-2:00pm- (Weekly Overtime Hours - 5:00 am arrival) Saturday-Overtime 7:30AM-12:00PM
  • Pay: $2,880/ month plus overtime ( if you work 160 hours in a month)
