Job description

This position is located in the Infrastructure Operations (IO), Immediate Office. As a Management and Program Analyst you will be responsible for: conducting comprehensive organizational studies to identify and propose solutions to management problems; developing efficient and effective policies and procedures; managing programs and projects; and producing written products and agency-wide communications on IO programs, projects, and services.Qualifications:One year (52 Weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the NEXT LOWER BAND, CS-II, PE-IIA, PT-II or GS-13 grade level in the Federal service or comparable private/public sector experience which has equipped you with the skills and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience using a wide range of analytics and evaluative methods and techniques, qualitative and quantitative, sufficient to accomplish complex projects or studies broad in scope; evaluating the effectiveness of programs in order to recommend improvements based on evaluation results; and using management principles and process to perform project management duties effectively integrate recommendations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.Education:This job does not have an education qualification requirement.Employment Type: OTHER
