This is an opportunity to work on projects that matterdesigning infrastructure that supports real people in real communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in power, telecommunications, and control systems including SCADA systems and a passion for making things better. What Youll Do:

  • Design and implement electrical systems for Federal, municipal, and industrial projects
  • Lead project phases from concept through construction
  • Mentor junior engineers and delegate technical work
  • Conduct inspections and field visits
  • Coordinate across disciplines and with external stakeholders
  • Stay on top of codes, standards, and best practices for Arctic and rural conditions

What You Bring:

  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • RCDD certification preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with:
    • Lighting and facility controls
    • Telecommunication
    • Power generation/distribution
    • Pumping systems and industrial controls
    • Water/wastewater, lighting, telecom, and controls
    • UFC/USGS standards, Arctic design, and hazardous locations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; REVIT required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for field work
