As an Electrical Engineer on our team, you have the chance to evaluate and certify defense systems in support of US national security policy. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and provide recommendations on complicated threat systems. You'll develop your skills in systems and electrical engineering while gaining experience in defense programs. You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience with electrical design, development, or evaluation
  • Experience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and schematic design
  • Experience with DoD aircraft systems
  • Knowledge of power delivery systems for efficient and reliable operations
  • Knowledge of data collection and analysis
  • Knowledge of system architecture and design methodologies
  • Ability to evaluate systems against technical requirements and identify concerns and issues
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with AMAC systems and Model-Based Systems Engineering
  • Experience in Independent Verification and Validation
  • Experience in requirement traceability
  • Experience with logic devices and embedded systems or programming software
  • Experience in MIL-STD-464 and MIL-STD-461
  • Experience in Hazard of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance
  • Ability to communicate advanced electrical engineering concepts clearly to non-technical individuals

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
