Summary/Objective: As a Data Specialist or Election?Services Associate,?you will be the bridge between our internal systems and our customersโ€™ needs. Youโ€™ll use proprietary software to analyze data, solve operational challenges, and deliver customized solutions that help our customers run successful elections. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy of data manipulation and entry and quality of work product.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use internal tools and proprietary platforms to generate customer-facing deliverables under Election timelines.
  • Perform routine and ad hoc data analysis to support customer requests.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and identify root causes so that their deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Facilitate product proofing and quality assurance processes to assure zero errors in work products.
  • Communicate directly with customers, providing quality resolutions of customer issues and questions
  • Collaborate with account managers, product teams, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain documentation of customer workflows, data mappings, and service configurations.
  • Participate in onboarding new customers by configuring software and validating data inputs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring customer deliverables.

Qualifications:


Education: An Associatesโ€™ degree in business administration or computer technology field is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Competencies:

  • Technical capacity to learn proprietary programs
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to interpret verbal and written material
  • Problem solving/analytical ability
  • Detail orientation/precision
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in a customer-facing or data-driven role (internships count!).
  • Familiarity with Excel, or other data tools; experience with proprietary platforms a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Travel: Approximately 10 - 15% travel is expected. Expect overnight travel four (4) to five (5) times annually to attend meetings and participate in election support.
