Job description

Job Summary:
Looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Analyst. The candidate is expected to be Techno-functional, will work closely with business teams as trusted advisor to understand the requirements, and provide suitable options, focus on process optimization, and innovation, and Manage the Salesforce application and be the expert to define, design and configure enhancements to Salesforce platform to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs. This role requires deep understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience with Salesforce tools and features.
Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst or Administrator with leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.
  • Around 2 Years of experience/ exposure in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
  • Should have Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software.


Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionalities and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales.
  • Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
  • Strong experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are related to configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems.
  • Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
  • Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models.
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
  • Ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/ Tableau CRM preferred and reports to deliver business insight
