Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

The Senior Manager, Operations provides unified oversight and strategic direction for two manufacturing facilities within Regal Rexnord'sAutomation Solutionsbusiness. This role strengthens coordination across sites, drives standardization of operational excellence practices, and accelerates footprint optimization efforts to ensure the facilitiesoperateas a cohesive,highperformingnetwork.

The leader will partner closely with ProductionManagers, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, andPMteams to harmonize processes, elevate performance, and support the business unit's growth and efficiencyobjectives. This role is critical to enabling the Automation Solutionsbusinesstodeliver onRegal Rexnord's broader strategy of product excellence, operational excellence, and commercial excellence.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • CrossSiteOperational Leadership - Provide unified leadership across two manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistent execution of safety, quality, delivery, and costobjectives.

  • BestPracticeDeployment - Identify, standardize, and implement operational best practices across both sites, including lean systems, maintenance strategies, and performance management routines.

  • Footprint Optimization - Lead evaluations of capacity, capability, and cost structures; support decisions on where and how work should be performed tooptimizethe manufacturing footprint.

  • Operational Governance - Establish unified KPIs, reporting cadences, andreviewmechanisms to ensure transparency and alignment across facilities.

  • Continuous Improvement Leadership - Champion lean transformation and structured CI programs that improve OEE, reduce waste, and strengthen process capability.

  • Talent & Leadership Development - Mentorplant leadershipteams;build a strong pipeline of operational talent across both sites.

  • Change Management - Leadcrosssitechange initiatives with clarity, communication, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Customer & Commercial Support - Ensure operational readiness for product launches, customer commitments, and strategic growth initiatives.

MinimumRequirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, includingmultisiteor matrixed responsibility.

  • Demonstrated successimplementing lean, TPM, standard work, and continuous improvement systems.

  • Strong analytical capability to evaluate capacity, cost structures, and footprint scenarios.

  • Proven ability to lead through influence across diverse teams and locations.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, andchangeleadershipskills.
