Job description

About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world's best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We've scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig ร…berg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The role
As a Paralegal in Legora's New York office, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving, global legal team. You will work closely with the Legal team to help ensure that legal processes, documentation, and internal workflows run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a highly operational and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, keeping things organized, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing legal documentation, coordinating signatures and filings, maintaining corporate records, supporting governance processes, and helping the team stay efficient across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
Legora's legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines. We act as trusted partners to the business, with particular focus on product development, operations, and commercial initiatives. Beyond strong legal judgment, we value people who actively look for smarter and more scalable ways of working - leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve efficiency, execution, and collaboration across the legal function.
What you will be doing
  • Coordinate and manage legal documentation, signatures, approvals, and filing processes
  • Maintain and organize corporate records, legal templates, governance documents, and internal databases
  • Support entity management, corporate housekeeping, and corporate filings across jurisdictions
  • Assist with preparation of board materials, resolutions, powers of attorney, and other governance-related documentation
  • Manage contract administration and help track agreements, renewals, and obligations
  • Support the legal team with internal processes, operational coordination, and day-to-day administrative matters
  • Help improve legal processes, document management, and operational efficiency using AI-tools and legal tech solutions

Who you are
  • You have a education in law, paralegal studies, or equivalent practical experience
  • You have at least 2 years of experience working as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support or legal operations role
  • You are highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and coordination skills
  • You are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • You are proactive, reliable, and enjoy taking ownership of processes and follow-through
  • You are excited about AI-native ways of working and proactively use technology and automation to improve workflows, execution, and efficiency
  • Experience supporting corporate governance, entity management, contract administration, or legal operations is a strong plus
  • Experience from a technology company, scale-up, or international environment is also a plus

Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer
At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don't discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
