Description:

The Senior JD Edwards Business Analyst - Manufacturing supports and enhances the JD Edwards ERP platform to meet evolving business needs across the supply chain, with a deep focus on the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Manufacturing suite. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver operational improvements that drive efficiency, enable data-driven decisions, and create measurable business value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Support manufacturing, distribution, inventory, quality, production planning, and supply chain processes.
  • Drive system adoption, process efficiency, and measurable business value through KPIs and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement JD Edwards solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead JD Edwards projects, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide end-user training, support, and communication of system enhancements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with IS and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison across global operations and IT teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years as an ERP Business Analyst supporting JD Edwards (JDE).
  • 5+ years hands-on, functional experience with JDE Manufacturing suite required; additional modules a plus.
  • Experience with JD Edwards configuration, integrations, and ERP enhancements.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Willing to travel 25–50%; must reside in Buffalo, NY area.
