Job description

This role supports the mission to Share Christ – Love People by partnering with Marketing Leadership and the Marketing Team to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all Joyce Meyer brands. The Social Media Producer leads social media initiatives that support integrated marketing campaigns, ministry initiatives, Hand of Hope efforts, events, fundraising campaigns, and product promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated social media strategies and platform-specific content that support marketing campaigns, ministry initiatives, Hand of Hope, events, fundraising efforts, product promotions, and online advertising
  • Lead new social media initiatives from concept through implementation by partnering with campaign teams to identify opportunities, drive engagement, evaluate performance, and continuously improve campaign results
  • Collaborate with Creative Services, Broadcast, and the Marketing Team to develop engaging written, graphic, and video content
  • Coordinate and produce creative assets that align with campaign objectives, ministry messaging, and audience needs
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and best practices
  • Recommend and test innovative content, formats, and promotional strategies that increase engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Create and publish timely content supporting executive requests, disaster relief efforts, ministry updates, and other high-priority communications
  • Adapt quickly to changing ministry priorities while maintaining consistent messaging across social platforms
  • Keep Social Media Responders informed of content to monitor and provide guidance on responses and messaging


Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content production, or integrated marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and emerging social media trends
  • Working knowledge of social media management, content creation, and analytics tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to write in a clear, conversational, and compelling style
  • Ability to create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic video editing is a plus
  • Ability to develop and execute integrated social media strategies and initiatives that increase engagement, grow audiences, strengthen relationships, and support organizational objectives
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing Leadership, Creative Services, Broadcast, Hand of Hope, and other cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing needs, and meet deadlines


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, etc.) preferred
