Job Summary
We are hiring a high-performing Account Manager for a remote sales role focused on client relationship management, retention, and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for candidates experienced in B2B account management, upselling, and customer success, who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in a B2B sales environment
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
