From simplifying access with single sign-on, to advancing equity with usage analytics, to automating secure rostering, our platform helps schools focus on what matters most: teaching and learning.

We’re not just building tools, we’re building what’s next in education. By removing barriers and enabling data-driven decisions, our solutions help educators lead with confidence and students thrive in and out of the classroom every day.

Our team is driven by purpose and grounded in three core values:

  • Strive to Grow - always learning, improving, and innovating.
  • Deliver Worthwhile Experiences - for our users, our partners, and each other.
  • Contribute with Heart - putting people first in everything we do.

These values shape how we work, innovate, and support the communities we serve. If you’re ready to do work that makes a real difference, and grow alongside a team that values collaboration, support, and continuous improvement. ClassLink is the place for you.

The Partner Relationship Manager serves as a strategic partner to ClassLink's technology partners, leading partner relationships, integration coordination, and lifecycle management to ensure successful onboarding, certification, and long-term engagement. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate technical integrations, resolve complex issues, manage partner initiatives, and continuously improve the partner experience. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, project coordination, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills, enabling the delivery of seamless partner integrations, operational excellence, and a scalable partner ecosystem that supports ClassLink's growth and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert on ClassLink products, services, partnership models, and the K-12 education technology landscape.
  • Own the partner lifecycle for an assigned portfolio, including outreach, discovery, onboarding, technical integration, certification, launch readiness, ongoing relationship management, and strategic partnership reviews.
  • Build trusted relationships across executive, business, technical, implementation, support, and customer-facing teams within partner organizations.
  • Lead and project manage SSO and roster integrations by coordinating requirements, testing, dependencies, timelines, documentation, and launch readiness with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate integration requirements and technical information into clear next steps for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understand each partner’s business model, goals, customer needs, and operational structure; identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, efficiency, and mutual value.
  • Troubleshoot partner issues, identify root causes, coordinate escalations, manage expectations, and drive issues to resolution with clear ownership and follow-through.
  • Maintain proactive, consistent communication while efficiently managing a high-volume workload that may include 75+ emails per day, meetings, integration milestones, requests, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Lead presentations, webinars, training sessions, discovery calls, and partnership reviews with confidence and strong facilitation skills.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Integrations, Client Services, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other teams to support partner and company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, contacts, milestones, risks, action items, and opportunities in Salesforce and other operational systems.
  • Create and improve partner programs, documentation, workflows, and scalable processes; contribute to special initiatives and mentor team members as needed.

NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may be asked to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS or EdTech partners or strategic accounts, including responsibility for technical onboarding, integration projects, ongoing relationship management, and issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 EdTech ecosystem, including how districts evaluate, purchase, implement, secure, and support digital applications and how vendors integrate with SIS, LMS, rostering, and identity platforms.
  • Proven success owning complex, external-facing projects and managing multiple partners, priorities, deadlines, and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is strongly preferred.

Technical & Business Acumen

  • Production coding is not required, but candidates must be technically curious and comfortable reading integration documentation, understanding data flows, discussing endpoints and authentication, troubleshooting at a functional level, and coordinating with engineers.
  • Working familiarity with SSO and rostering concepts, including SAML, OAuth/OIDC, OneRoster, APIs, SIS, LMS, identity and access management, authentication, and secure data exchange; ability to learn ClassLink-specific processes quickly.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technical implementation decisions to partner operations, customer impact, financial models, risk, and long-term strategy.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting to small groups, large audiences, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and companies, earning trust, listening carefully, and creating shared solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, navigate difficult conversations, manage expectations, and collaborate across organizational boundaries.

Work Style & Availability

  • Self-directed, accountable, highly organized, and effective in a virtual work environment; comfortable working independently while staying closely connected to a collaborative team.
