From simplifying access with single sign-on, to advancing equity with usage analytics, to automating secure rostering, our platform helps schools focus on what matters most: teaching and learning.
We’re not just building tools, we’re building what’s next in education. By removing barriers and enabling data-driven decisions, our solutions help educators lead with confidence and students thrive in and out of the classroom every day.
Our team is driven by purpose and grounded in three core values:
- Strive to Grow - always learning, improving, and innovating.

- Lead strategic discussions related to national or regional digital access initiatives, identity management, and interoperability frameworks.
- Navigate public procurement processes, tenders, and RFP submissions.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and technology providers.
- Structure channel agreements and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Represent ClassLink at international education and government forums.
Revenue & Pipeline Development
- Drive international revenue growth and pipeline development aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to localize offerings where appropriate.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to meet growth targets.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with product teams to align roadmap priorities with international market needs.
- Provide feedback on compliance, localization, and regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, hosting, security standards).
- Support international customer success and implementation efforts as needed.
NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may be asked to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Requirements:- 8–12+ years of experience in business development, international sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated success expanding technology solutions into international markets.
- Experience working within K–12 education technology ecosystems.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (30–50%).
- Direct experience working with Ministries of Education or national-level education authorities.
- Experience responding to international tenders and government procurement processes.
- Background in identity management, cybersecurity, edtech platforms, or SaaS solutions.
- Established international education network and government relationships.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Competencies
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
- Skilled negotiator and relationship builder
- Cross-cultural communication expertise
- High degree of autonomy and initiative
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
- Strong presentation and executive-level communication skills
Benefits:
- Generous Paid Time Off: 4+ weeks of vacation and 13+ paid holidays
- Parental Leave: 12 weeks fully paid for all parents
- Retirement: 401(k) with 0.5:1 company match
- Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans
- Insurance: Company-paid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability, plus voluntary options including supplemental life, accident, and pet insurance
