What you will do
The Organizational Development Lead Expert oversees the organizational development initiatives of EDPR NA, working in collaboration with the CoE, Regional P&O Team, and managers across the company to assess organizational issues, develop strategic initiatives, and optimize the implementation of said initiatives.
Role Overview:
This position also ensures the consistency and accuracy of the company's job descriptions and titles and assists with succession planning. The Organizational Development Lead Expert identifies training and development needs of employees and recommends solutions.
Main responsibilities:
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or strategic P&O consulting
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Proven experience designing and implementing leadership and talent strategies in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Solid understanding of core Talent Management processes (succession planning, performance management, leadership pipelines, high-potential development, talent reviews)
  • Experience facilitating leadership workshops and executive talent discussions
  • Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and executive presence
  • Experience working in multinational environments
  • Based in the United States, with strong understanding of the local business and cultural context
  • Degree in Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
