The role is responsible for growing audience, expanding content offerings, launching new media products, driving sponsorship fulfillment, and creating sustainable revenue streams that position CHIME as the trusted source for digital health leadership.The Vice President will oversee editorial strategy, multimedia programming, audience development, product innovation, sponsored media programs, and operational execution while partnering closely with Business Development, Marketing, Membership, Education, Analytics, and Executive Leadership.Success will be measured through audience growth, engagement, revenue performance, sponsor satisfaction, product innovation, operational excellence, and market influence.# Duties and responsibilities* Provide executive leadership for Digital Health Insights (DHI), establishing strategic vision, operational priorities, and long-term growth strategy for CHIME's media business.* Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy that positions influence.* Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of an integrated editorial strategy spanning written content, newsletters, podcasts, video, executive interviews, sponsored Administration, Healthcare Administration, Digital Media, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred. + Minimum of ten (10) + years of progressive leadership experience in digital media, publishing, healthcare media, content strategy, marketing, audience development, or a related field, including at least five (5) years leading high-performing teams. + Demonstrated success leading a media business, publishing organization, digital content platform, or comparable business unit with responsibility for strategy, operations, revenue, and financial performance. + Experience developing and executing integrated content strategies across multiple channels, including editorial, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, video, research, social media, and live or virtual events. + Proven track record growing digital audiences through content strategy, audience acquisition, SEO, email marketing, social media, community engagement, and data-driven decision making. + Experience developing and launching new products, services, or revenue-generating media offerings from concept through commercialization. + Experience creating and delivering sponsor-supported programs, integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and custom content while maintaining editorial credibility. - Strong understanding of the healthcare technology industry, digital health ecosystem, or healthcare media landscape preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
