Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction and Property management company, wants you to join our family of talented individuals. We are seeking to hire a Digital Brand amp; Reputation Manager to join our team, in-person in Farmington Hills, MI.
The Digital Brand and Reputation Manager is responsible for protecting and enhancing Beztak’s online brand presence by ensuring every digital customer touchpoint reflects the company’s commitment to quality, service, and professionalism. This role leads Beztak’s online reputation strategy, oversees reputation management initiatives, and supports the integrity and effectiveness of customer-facing marketing assets across a portfolio of communities.

Working collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, and external partners, this position drives brand consistency, customer engagement, and continuous improvement by leveraging digital marketing best practices, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is an organized, strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, strong digital marketing knowledge, and a passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Online Reputation Management
  • Lead Beztak’s online reputation strategy across all communities.
  • Manage review programs, customer engagement initiatives, and reputation platforms.
  • Monitor reputation trends and recommend opportunities to strengthen customer satisfaction and brand perception.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency while maintaining an authentic brand voice.
Digital Brand amp; Marketing Asset Management
  • Oversee customer-facing digital marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage and maintain property marketing collateral, virtual marketing experiences, and related content.
  • Coordinate updates with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Marketing Analysis amp; Business Support
  • Lead or support marketing health assessments and property marketing evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Develop recommendations and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
Executive Presentations amp; Client Support
  • Develop professional presentations for business development, property analysis, and executive initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and present marketing insights in a clear, compelling manner.
Platform Administration amp; Process Improvement
  • Administer assigned digital marketing platforms and vendor relationships.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the digital customer experience.
  • Maintain documentation, best practices, and standards for assigned responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or similar
  • 5 years of brand management experience
  • Experience with platforms such as Birdeye, Reputation.com, Yext, SOCi, or similar tools strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing and customer engagement tools
  • Strong understanding of:
    • online reputation management
    • customer review strategy
    • digital brand consistency
  • Exceptional written communication and editorial judgment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple properties/accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in multifamily, hospitality, franchise, retail, or multi-location marketing environments is a plus
  • Creative eye and ability to oversee visual/branding initiatives without serving as the primary designer
