Description:Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing and coordinating marketing efforts across internal teams and external agency partners. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a creative mindset, solid organizational skills, and a working knowledge of modern marketing strategies—particularly within B2B and industrial markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesAgency & Campaign Management

• Manage and coordinate relationships with external, industry-specific marketing agencies

• Coordinate and oversee large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple partner firms

• Review and approve editorial and marketing content produced by external teams

• Plan and manage time-sensitive marketing campaigns from conception through execution

• Connect external agency teams with internal subject-matter experts

• Maintain consistent brand guidelines and quality standards across all teams and channels

• Research and evaluate potential new agency partnerships

Digital Marketing & Web Presence

• Oversee external website marketing efforts and collaborate with the web development team

• Manage multi-phase website design and development projects

• Coordinate SEO strategy review and refinement with external teams

Content & Creative Development

• Assist with writing and reviewing short- and long-form content for social media and editorial publications

• Develop new digital and physical marketing graphics and literature

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to conceptualize and produce new marketing materials

• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality and accuracy standards

• Maintain an ongoing pipeline of new and refreshed marketing materials

Vendor & Physical Materials Management

• Coordinate the procurement of physical marketing materials from vendors

• Build and maintain relationships with current vendors; identify and develop relationships with new vendors

• Manage physical marketing material inventory

• Coordinate with internal and external sales teams on shipment and tracking of physical materials

Trade Shows & Events

• Oversee planning and execution of company participation in industry trade shows

• Handle trade show booth space reservations and logistics

• Coordinate material shipment to and from events

• Develop marketing campaigns specific to individual trade show events

• Collaborate with external agencies on event-surrounding marketing efforts

• Assist with travel and lodging coordination for attending team members

• Maintain, update, and continuously improve trade show materials

• Manage company sponsorships of industry events

Strategy & Reporting

• Stay current with emerging marketing strategies, tools, and industry trends

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing strategies and campaigns

• Review campaign performance and relevant KPIs; make data-informed adjustments

• Exercise sound judgment to address underperforming marketing efforts

• Generate marketing reports and present findings to company leadership

• Support additional marketing-related tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:Required

• 2–3 years of applicable experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to write, review, and edit short- and long-form content for professional marketing purposes

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new and unique ideas

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and departments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities

• Current knowledge of modern marketing methodologies, particularly for B2B sales models

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred

• Prior experience in a marketing role, preferably at a manufacturer or B2B company

• Prior experience in team leadership or management

• Formal marketing education from an accredited institution (degree, certification, or equivalent coursework)

• Experience as a graphic designer or visual content creator in a corporate setting

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or comparable design software

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or other digital marketing campaign platforms

• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), keyword strategy, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO / AI search)

• Experience with industrial trade shows, including material management and event logistics

• Proficiency with intermediate or professional-grade photography and videography equipment
