Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Axway Edifecs EDI Developer to support EDI integrations for a leading healthcare payer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Axway, Edifecs, EDI X12 transactions, and healthcare integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support EDI X12 transactions including 834, 71, and 276277.

Work with Axway B2Bi, Secure Transport, and Edifecs (SpecBuilder, XEngine).

Manage trading partner onboarding and connectivity using AS2, SFTP, and HTTPS.

Troubleshoot EDI production issues and ensure stable system operations.

Support HIPAA-compliant healthcare integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation, testing, and deployment.

Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.

Required Skills

4 6 years of experience in EDI Development.

Strong hands-on experience with Axway and Edifecs.

Solid knowledge of EDI X12 transactions.

Experience with AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, and trading partner onboarding.

Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Healthcare payer domain experience (HCSC, BCBS, Cigna, UHG, Humana, or similar).

Understanding of healthcare claims, eligibility, and enrollment workflows.
