Location: 2727 South 137th West Ave Sand Springs, OK 74063 (Employment is with Sand Springs Public Schools) Reports to: Building Administrator, Ashley Wise Contract: 180 days/7 hours daily Status: Exempt Job Description: This position requires an individual who enjoys assisting 6th through 12th-grade students working toward successful credit recovery and/or attending an alternative setting to a traditional high school. Qualifications:48 Hours College Credit OR Passing Score on Paraprofessional Test, High School Diploma or Equivalent Completion of Paraprofessional Training Required by the OSDE CPI Certificate CPR and First Aid Certificate, Obtain a Tiered Certification Certificate as specified by the OSDE.

Pass the qualifications for a National Criminal History Check with the OSDE/OSBI. Have a high school diploma or a General Educational Development (GED) diploma, PLUS:Option A:Hold an associate's degree (or higher)OROption B:Complete at least two years (48 credit hours) of study at an institution of higher education.OROption C:Pass the Oklahoma General Education (OGET) Test.
