Job description

Mayvin is seeking a Curriculum Developer to assist in the development, execution, and periodic review of a Training Support Package (TSP) for engagement operators within an internet-based program on MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This role conducts analysis of training requirements and designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements. The Curriculum Developer incorporates authoritative changes, best practice changes, emerging technologies, and proscribed systems into the TSP.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • Design instructionally valid training materials, relevant to the program in accordance with the DOW guidelines/TM/JP and other relevant documents
  • Conduct research of the curricula to determine what materials and resources should be added or adapted to meet learning objectives
  • Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans
  • Interact with customer and program leadership to ensure instructional content is current, comprehensive and meets the program needs

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum & instruction, or related field (experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)
  • Minimum of 3 years of curriculum development experience, including designing training for diverse audiences and identifying training gaps
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Articulate 360, Blackboard, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting Department of War or military operations, with knowledge of PSYOP doctrine and classification guideline

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Curriculum & Instructional or Education
  • USAJFKSWCS graduate
  • Experience developing instructional scaffolding
