Role Overview
The Analytics & Testing team leads the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Ecommerce analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and performance measurement tools. The team partners closely with Ecommerce Operations, Merchandising, Site Experience, Global Web Analytics, and Data Science teams to deliver actionable insights, performance reporting, experimentation, and optimization initiatives aligned to a focused roadmap.
The Manager, Ecommerce Analytics will play a key role in advancing our growing Web Analytics function. This individual will partner across Ecommerce Operations, Merchandising, Site Content, Marketing, Data Science, and Global Web Analytics teams to generate insights that drive informed business decisions and measurable impact.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on analytics execution. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Success in this role requires collaboration, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to extract, model, and analyze data to inform strategic business decisions

  • Lead analytics for Ecommerce initiatives, delivering actionable insights and performance recommendations

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting frameworks

  • Conduct deep-dive diagnostic analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

  • Translate experiential, customer, and transactional data into business insights

  • Leverage cross-platform data integrations to evaluate Ecommerce performance and business impact

  • Optimize reporting structures, custom views, and data models to scale analytics capabilities

  • Contribute to the Ecommerce Analytics roadmap, including automation and AI-driven solutions

  • Identify and evaluate new technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and insight generation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 4+ years of experience in digital/ecommerce analytics and A/B testing
  • Proficiency with SQL and R or Python required (BigQuery syntax)

  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured, problem-solving approach

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and BigQuery (required)

  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, and Amperity

  • Familiarity with large-scale data environments including CRM and CDP platforms

  • Ideally, some experience with testing platforms, tools, or concepts including: Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, Monetate, etc.

  • Experience in Ecommerce-driven business environments

  • Experience analyzing Ecommerce performance, AB tests, and Personalizations

  • Strong understanding of statistical application in business contexts

  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear executive-level reporting

  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
