Job Description
About Accel Marketing Solutions
Accel Marketing Solutions is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping law firms build their brands, strengthen their online authority, and attract new clients.
Our services include search engine optimization, paid advertising, social media, website development, video marketing, and AI-focused search strategies. We combine established digital marketing practices with emerging technology to help attorneys remain competitive across Google and AI-powered search platforms.
Position Summary
Accel Marketing Solutions is seeking a skilled Legal Content Writer to create educational, authoritative, and engaging content for our law firm clients.
The Legal Content Writer will produce blogs, practice-area pages, landing pages, website copy, FAQs, email content, and other digital marketing materials. The goal is to position attorneys as trusted authorities in their fields while improving their visibility in traditional search results, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered search experiences.
This position requires strong writing and editing skills, knowledge of SEO, and professional experience using AI tools to research, organize, edit, and optimize content. AI should enhance the writer's work-not replace independent research, judgment, fact-checking, or editorial responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain content calendars for multiple law firm clients.
  • Produce content consistently according to established schedules and deadlines.
  • Write blogs, practice-area pages, landing pages, website copy, FAQs, email marketing content, and other digital materials.
  • Translate complex legal subjects into clear, useful, and understandable content for prospective clients.
  • Conduct research and verify legal and factual information before submitting content.
  • Use AI tools to assist with research, outlining, editing, optimization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Review and substantially edit AI-assisted material to ensure it is accurate, original, engaging, and aligned with the client's voice.
  • Apply SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, and AI-search best practices.
  • Perform keyword research and incorporate relevant search topics naturally into content.
  • Structure content for readability, search visibility, and clear answers to common consumer questions.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists, account managers, and other internal departments.
  • Publish and edit content in WordPress.
  • Proofread all work for grammar, clarity, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Manage multiple clients, assignments, revisions, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Stay current on changes involving SEO, AI search, legal marketing, and content strategy.
  • Help improve Accel's internal AI-assisted content processes without sacrificing quality or originality.
Required Qualifications
  • At least three years of professional content-writing experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality long-form and web-based content.
  • Professional experience using AI tools to research, edit, optimize, and improve written content.
  • Working knowledge of SEO content-writing principles.
  • Exceptional grammar, proofreading, editing, and research skills.
  • Ability to explain complex subjects in clear, consumer-friendly language.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
  • Ability to accept feedback and revise work efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid or in-office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience writing content for law firms or legal organizations.
  • Experience working for a digital marketing, advertising, or content agency.
  • Experience with Answer Engine Optimization and AI-powered search.
  • Experience managing editorial or client content calendars.
  • Familiarity with professional-services or regulated-industry content.
Relevant Skills and Tools
  • Legal blogging
  • Practice-area pages
  • Website copywriting
  • Landing-page content
  • Email marketing
  • Keyword research
  • SEO content optimization
  • Answer Engine Optimization
  • AI prompting and AI-assisted editing
  • WordPress
  • Google Docs
  • Grammarly or comparable editing tools
What Success Looks Like
A successful Legal Content Writer at Accel:
  • Consistently meets content deadlines.
  • Maintains accurate and organized client content calendars.
  • Produces polished work requiring minimal revisions.
  • Uses AI effectively while maintaining independent editorial judgment.
  • Creates clear, accurate, and engaging legal content.
  • Adapts writing to each attorney's voice, audience, and practice area.
  • Applies SEO and AI-search principles without sacrificing readability.
  • Collaborates effectively with the SEO and Client Success teams.
  • Continuously improves content quality and production efficiency.
