Our mission is to offer the best shopping experience for our diverse customer base and help them sleep better at night.

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist with a passion for sales, nurturing leads, fostering customer relationships while crushing the competition.

Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through incoming calls, chats and emails to present our products.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Organize and track potential sales leads and follow-ups using our CRM.
  • Research potential leads from digital resources and social media platforms
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in eCommerce but not limited.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication and sales.
