About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic eCommerce Manager to lead performance across our North American digital channels, including Retail eCommerce (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.), Amazon, and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C).
This role is responsible for owning channel revenue, managing a team of eCommerce specialists, and driving execution to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and strong leadership to unlock growth across multiple platforms.
This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Marketing, Development, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to deliver best-in-class customer experience and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Channel Ownership & Revenue Growth

  • Own total revenue/margin performance across:
    • Retail eCommerce (e.g., Lowes, Home Depot, etc.)
    • Amazon (US, CA, MX)
    • D2C website (US, CA, MX)
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
  • Build and manage channel-level forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels
Performance Optimization & Analytics

  • Analyze key metrics including:
    • Conversion rate (CVR)
    • Traffic & acquisition channels
    • Average order value (AOV)
    • Contribution margin / profitability
    • Customer retention and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Translate data into actionable insights and experiments
  • Work with development and marketing teams to build a culture of test-and-learn (A/B testing, pricing tests, content optimization)
Team Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead and develop a team of eCommerce specialists across each channel
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned to company objectives
  • Drive accountability through regular performance reviews and business updates
  • Coach team members to improve analytical thinking, execution, and ownership mindset
Innovation & Growth Initiatives

  • Bring forward new ideas to drive incremental revenue

Qualifications and Skills:

58+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or online retail
Experience managing multiple channels (Amazon, Retail eCommerce, D2C preferred)
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and hitting targets
Experience managing team members
Analytical mindset comfortable working with data, dashboards, and KPIs
Curiosity & problem-solving asks why and digs into root causes
Creative thinker brings new ideas to drive growth and improve performance
Strong leadership able to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Working hours:
This is a full-time Hybrid role (3 Days in-office, 2 Days Work-from-home) with standard working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
