Job description

Tire Headquarters is a fast growing online and in-person tires sales outlet. We are looking for an ECommerce Sales Specialist to boost our online sales presence.

Position Overview:

As an ECommerce Sales Specialist you are an expert in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales. Your responsibilities include monitoring the day-to-day activity on the sites and overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing sales, and developing brand loyalty. The ECommerce Sales Specialist will execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites.

Responsibilities:

· Manage category sales. List, promote and sell products/services online by showing attempting product features to existing and prospective customers.

· Analyze the category/market’s potential, track sales and status reports to determine the best marketing strategy.

· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

· Work closely with other team members to research and implement various best practice digital marketing strategies.

· Maintain inventory level and provide accurate forecast to operation team to place order.

· Maintain positive review on product listing and develop positive business relationship with customer.

· Evaluate, execute, and optimize keyword research strategies to identify the most effective key phrases to drive traffic.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field(e.g., Marketing, Business Administration).

· 1+ years of experience in an e-commerce merchandising role preferred.

· Knowledge of digital marketing functions beyond merchandising including marketing, and analytics.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

· Excellent written, communication and problem-solving skill.

· Experience selling on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Offer Up, or a related marketplace preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and well organized.
