  • Understand what sells vs. what doesn't in resale, liquidation, scratch-and-dent, and open-box categories
  • Manage photos, condition notes, and accurate listings
  • Coordinate in-store inventory online listings
  • Track performance, pricing trends, sell-through rates, and listing optimization
  • Handle customer inquiries and marketplace messages
  • Oversee order processing, packing coordination, and handoff for shipping or pickup
  • Ensure accounts stay compliant with marketplace rules and best practices
  • Help build repeatable systems and SOPs for scaling online sales
  • Work directly with ownership to improve and expand e-commerce revenue

Required Experience

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience
  • Strong experience with eBay, Amazon and Facebook Marketplace
  • Proven understanding of:
  • Pricing strategy
  • Sell-through rates
  • Competitive research
  • Listing optimization
  • Experience selling physical goods, preferably:

  • Liquidation / open-box / scratch-and-dent items
  • Comfortable working in-store, handling inventory, and coordinating with staff

Required:

  • Shopify experience
  • Multi-channel listing tools
  • Knowledge of shipping workflows for large or oversized items
  • Experience building or improving e-commerce systems from scratch

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not remote
  • Not just posting pictures
  • Not a passive admin role

This is a builder role for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and growth.
