E-Commerce Operations Coordinator
Location: Chatsworth, California
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office
About Us
We are a fast-growing ecommerce company specializing in consumer technology products across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to work directly from our Chatsworth office alongside our COO, warehouse team, and overseas support staff to help manage day-to-day operations and marketplace activities.
This role is ideal for someone with strong office management or operations coordination experience who wants to grow within ecommerce and operations management.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on operational role focused on coordination, accountability, communication, and execution across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. Marketplace-specific skills can be taught, but strong operational and office management skills are essential.
You will work directly with leadership, warehouse staff, fulfillment partners, and overseas support teams to help keep operations running efficiently and ensure issues are handled quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Operations and Office Coordination
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across departments
  • Work closely with the COO and warehouse team to ensure smooth operational execution
  • Monitor task completion and follow-up across internal and overseas teams
  • Maintain organization, reporting, and operational accountability
  • Help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency
Marketplace Operations Support
  • Assist with day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Newegg
  • Monitor listings, inventory, order issues, and account notifications
  • Help resolve operational issues including claims, reimbursements, shipment problems, and account-related escalations
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Reporting and Administrative Support
  • Prepare operational and marketplace reports for management
  • Track inventory, shipment, and operational performance issues
  • Maintain organized records and task tracking systems
  • Assist leadership with operational projects and process improvements
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office management, operations coordination, administrative management, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
