Job Overview

The Manager, Project Management oversees a team of 9 Project Managers responsible for end-to-end delivery of device logistics programs supporting eCOA and related clinical technologies. This role leads the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring devices are provisioned, deployed, tracked, and returned in alignment with client and operational expectations.

The role requires working Eastern Time Zone hours to support global coordination and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a critical leadership role, enhancing the overall delivery, supporting team development, while partnering across clinical, technology, and operational teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of devices to sites and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers, supporting performance, growth, and delivery excellence
  • Support Project Managers as they deliver a portfolio of 15-20 concurrent device logistics projects, deployment, and recovery
  • Drive project planning activities including timelines, deployment strategies, training, and stakeholder alignment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, eCOA/eConsent technology, Operations, Distribution, Support) to ensure successful delivery
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics vendors, including inventory tracking and reporting
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and milestones to ensure delivery to scope, schedule, and quality expectations
  • Facilitate team meetings, 1:1s, and stakeholder communications
  • Foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in project management within life sciences, clinical trials, healthcare, or a related field
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to translate business needs into execution plans and drive delivery outcomes

Preferred

  • Prior people management or team leadership experience
  • Experience with device logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations
  • Familiarity with eCOA, eConsent, or clinical technology solutions
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and/or global teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Smartsheet or similar platforms
  • Understanding of clinical trial workflows and operational environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and adapt in dynamic environments
  • Strong coaching mindset with a focus on developing others and enabling team success
  • Ability to balance business priorities with communication, and stakeholder education

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,100.00 - $220,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
