Job Title: Certified Business Analyst (CBAP/CCBA/ECBA) ย 8+ yrs Exp

Location: Rensselaer, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Experience analyzing and evaluating business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Experience eliciting, documenting, analyzing, and validating business and functional requirements.
  • Experience communicating and presenting complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical business stakeholders and program staff.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, conducting, or overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
  • Experience supporting or working with Health and Human Services (HHS) Information Systems or Child Welfare Information Systems.
  • Experience working with an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) in a state-operated Health and Human Services environment with a state-supervised, locally administered service delivery model.
  • Experience working with financial management systems, including financial processes, reporting, or system integrations.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Professional Business Analysis certification, such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or an equivalent Business Analyst credential.
