Job Description
The Coalition is seeking nurses responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services to women and their families for the Early Learning Coalition of Polk County and their partnership with the Healthy Start Coalition of Hardee, Highlands, and Polk Counties per the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) grant requirements as this is a field position.
Nurse Home Visitors are responsible for maintaining the highest standards in clinical nursing practice and adherence to the Nurse-Family Partnership Program model, and to the policies procedures, guidelines and standards of the NFP and of the Early Learning Coalition of Polk County.
Qualifications
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
  • Recent RN experience in maternal/child health: 2 years (Required)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

License or certification:
  • Current Nursing License in good standing. (Required)

Nursing Degree:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Required)
