About This Role

We are seeking a caring, energetic Preschool Teacher to lead our three‑year‑old classroom. The ideal candidate creates a warm, structured environment where children can learn, explore, and grow socially, emotionally, and academically.


What You'll Do
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
  • Support positive behavior and social‑emotional development
  • Supervise children at all times, indoors and outdoors
  • Communicate daily with families about classroom events and child progress
  • Observe and document developmental milestones
  • Collaborate with co‑teachers and participate in staff meetings and trainings

Requirements
  • Experience working with preschool‑age children
  • CDA, TCC or Early Childhood Degree
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication, patience, and classroom‑management skills
  • High energy.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
