The Early Childhood Teacher will nurture the growth and development of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers through engaging, age-appropriate activities. This role emphasizes classroom management, parent communication, and close monitoring of child development across mixed-age groups. The teacher collaborates closely with staff to ensure a supportive and creative learning environment, occasionally participating in extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and needs
  • Monitor and document child development milestones for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
