Job description

Discover an opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist, focusing on early childhood communication development. These two onsite contract positions are open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows, offering hands-on experience within a supportive, community-based setting.
In this role, you'll work with children from birth through Pre-K, providing vital early intervention and therapeutic services in local community settings. You'll collaborate with families, caregivers, and daycare staff, supporting children's growth and school readiness while positively shaping their future.
Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible for SLP-CCC, or pursuing SLP-CFY
  • Experience (or strong interest) in pediatric and school-based SLP
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn teletherapy and healthcare SLP practices
  • Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative spirit and a passion for working in early childhood/no two days are the same environments
  • Georgia state license (or the ability to obtain one)
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive Pre-K and Babies Can't Wait (BCW) early intervention evaluations (birth to age 3)
  • Provide therapeutic services for students with IEPs in community daycare and early childhood centers
  • Complete and maintain Paddynet documentation of interventions and progress
  • Prepare IEPs, eligibility determinations, and participate in data reviews
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams and family members to optimize student outcomes
