What you bring as a Team Member:

As an Assistant Teacher, you will support the classroom by collaborating with the Lead Teacher to implement age-appropriate activities that foster the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of every child. Utilizing the established curriculum, you will help guide students through the transition from infancy to school age, ensuring they meet the necessary milestones for kindergarten readiness. Your role is essential to daily operations, including providing attentive care during meals, hygiene routines, and rest periods, while maintaining professional and transparent communication with families and staff via the Classroom Management system. Furthermore, you will provide administrative and instructional support as directed by the Lead Teacher or school leadership to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational environment.
