MES Test Manager

Location- Atlanta (Hybrid)

Job Description

Lead and coordinates MES testing across deployments, migrations, and adoption work, ensuring robust validation and seamless transition from legacy on-prem versions to PAS-X 3.4 SaaS.

Support authoring activities as needed. Standardize MBRs/EBRs with site teams, configuring records across environments, and supporting sites through go-live, Hyper Care, and ongoing EBR-related needs.

Key Responsibilities

Testing

  • Coordinate and oversee all MES test activities across deployments, migrations, and adoption workstreams.
  • Develop and manage test plans, ensuring coverage of functional, regression, and integration testing for upgrades (3.1.8 on-prem to 3.4 SaaS).
  • Support local validation teams during adoption projects, ensuring alignment with site-specific validation requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional pods to identify defects, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Report testing progress, outcomes, and risks to the Scrum Master, Program Manager, and technical/business leads.
  • Support creation and revision of all SDLC documents

Author Support

  • Perform MBR authoring & standardization with Area Lead, Site Process Engineers/Authors and EBR Lead.
  • Configures standardized EBRs in Development Environment.
  • Provide Go live support.
  • Configures EBR in Development, QA & Production Environment.
  • Address Site specific questions, use cases from Sites EBR .
  • Provide Hyper Care and Go live EBR support.
