Required Qualifications:

  • Design, develop, and implement interactive e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and digital training materials.
  • Convert and migrate legacy training content into modern authoring platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document training requirements.
  • Develop storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional materials.
  • Ensure all training content complies with accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing and incorporate feedback to improve learning effectiveness.
  • Support Learning Management System (LMS) integration, deployment, and maintenance activities.
  • Create user-friendly instructional content that translates complex business and technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and digital learning solutions.
