Content Developer


Multi-Brand Storytelling · Short-Form Content ·Text · Video Production


We’re looking for a highly creative, fast-moving Content Developer with a strong background for short-form social content, branded storytelling, and multi-platform media production.


This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative instincts, editorial discipline, and marketing awareness to produce engaging content across multiple brands and audiences.


We are aware that this role has a mix of skill sets that most candidates do not possess. The person we are looking for will have a strong core skill set that others can then be developed around. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration will be critical to success.


What You’ll Do

  • Produce and publish high-volume short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Edit compelling video content with strong hooks, pacing, retention strategy, and platform optimization
  • Develop branded storytelling campaigns across commercial, documentary, and social formats
  • Write content copy, social captions, scripts, and SEO-driven content
  • Coordinate editorial calendars and maintain consistent publishing cadence across multiple client brands
  • Manage post-production workflows including color correction, motion graphics, audio cleanup, and exports
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, talent, and stakeholders to execute creative campaigns
  • Assist with production logistics, concept ideation, and shoot coordination


Core Skills

  • Strong storytelling ability across video, copy, and social media
  • Experience managing multi-brand content pipelines under tight deadlines
