Job Description SummaryJoin the Financial Management Program (FMP) support team and help shape the experience of one of GE Aerospace's key early career programs. The FMP Operations & Learning Specialist plays an important role in delivering a high-quality, consistent, and scalable experience for program participants around the world. This role blends program operations, learning support, and continuous improvement - helping the team execute critical events and processes while also improving onboarding, curriculum delivery, standard work, and program tools.

In this role, you will help deliver and improve the operations that support FMP participants, leaders, and program success. You will work across logistics, onboarding, training support, communications, and process improvement to help the program scale effectively and consistently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead program operations and logistics for key FMP activities, including trainings, onboarding, domestic and international offsites, and major program events.

  • Maintain program data and documentation related to participants, assignments, business locations, rotations, and other key tracking needs.

  • Coordinate recruiting and hiring support activities, including interview scheduling, candidate flow support, and feedback coordination.

  • Own onboarding support and participant transition activities, including communications, materials, process coordination, and stakeholder partnership.

  • Support training and curriculum delivery, including session coordination, completion tracking, support materials, and selected learning delivery activities.

  • Partner on curriculum and onboarding improvements that strengthen participant readiness, learning flow, and consistency across the program.

  • Drive continuous improvement and standard work in program operations to help the team scale effectively and improve the participant experience.

  • Own and improve program tools and communication processes that support team effectiveness, visibility, and daily management.

  • Support communication, branding, and participant experience through clear messaging, standard templates, and consistent communication rhythms.

  • Partner with program leaders on assignments, prioritization, and strategic initiatives that improve program structure, operations, and long-term sustainability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in relevant experience in program operations, learning and development, project coordination, business operations, or a related field.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience building and modernizing learning curriculum

  • Experience developing eLearning modules and other digital learning content

  • Familiarity with learning technologies and blended learning approaches

  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results

  • Working knowledge of FLIGHT DECK principles and a continuous improvement mindset
