Job description

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven professional to manage key e-commerce accounts and help grow long-term business performance across major online retail partners. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to optimize assortment, strengthen account partnerships, improve execution, and support revenue growth through data-informed planning and disciplined account management.

What You Will Do
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key e-commerce accounts (Major Retailers:Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon VC) and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with sales, margin, and growth objectives.
  • Monitor account performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure strong execution.
  • Support product launches, promotional planning, pricing strategies, and digital merchandising initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data, forecasts, and inventory levels to maintain healthy stock and maximize availability.
  • Prepare business reviews, presentations, and performance updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand assortment, improve conversion, and increase account profitability.
  • Resolve account issues promptly and professionally while maintaining strong partner relationships.
  • Stay informed on e-commerce trends, marketplace changes, and competitor activity.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management specifically managing major retail portals such as Amazon (Vendor Central/Seller Central), Home Depot, or Lowe's.
  • Strong understanding of online retail operations, digital merchandising, and account management principles.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfort working collaboratively across teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience operating within ERP systems (NetSuite or Acumatica highly preferred) for inventory, order processing, and pricing management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales negotiation, P&L management, promotional strategies, and margin optimization for large retail accounts.
