Job description

Part-Time Ecommerce Customer Experience Specialist


Location: Secaucus, NJ — 100% In Office
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 24 hours per week

Dana-co, a leading women’s intimate apparel company, is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Experience Specialist to support our online customers and order operations.


Applicants must have prior Ecommerce customer care/service experience and be able to commute to our Secaucus office three days per week. Remote work is not available.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to Ecommerce customers by email, live chat, and Gorgias.
  • Assist with product, sizing, order, shipping, return, exchange, and refund questions.
  • Process and monitor orders through Shopify and other ecommerce systems.
  • Investigate delayed, incomplete, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve inventory and shipping issues.
  • Identify and report website, pricing, promotion, or product-information errors.
  • Provide professional, timely service and follow customer issues through resolution.


Qualifications

  • Prior Ecommerce customer service experience is required.
  • Shopify experience is required.
  • Experience with Gorgias is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Loop Returns, or BlueCherry is a plus.
  • Apparel, fashion, lingerie, or consumer product experience is preferred.
  • Strong written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be available to work in Secaucus on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
