About Us:
Lightfire Printing is a fast-growing custom print shop specializing in DTF transfers, embroidery, wide-format printing, and personalized apparel and products. We sell across multiple online marketplaces and pride ourselves on fast service, high-quality products, and excellent customer communication.
We are looking for a motivated team member to join our ecommerce department and assist our Ecommerce Manager with daily operations across our online stores.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant to support the daily operations of our Amazon, eBay, and Etsy stores.
This role focuses on customer communication, listing management, and completing daily tasks assigned by the Ecommerce Manager. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
You will work closely with our ecommerce manager and production team to ensure customer orders, especially custom orders, are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer messages on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with customization requests, product questions, and order updates.
  • Create and manage product listings across ecommerce platforms.
  • Optimize listings with accurate titles, descriptions, photos, and keywords.
  • Complete daily tasks assigned by the Ecommerce Manager.
  • Communicate clearly with production regarding custom order requirements.
  • Track orders and assist with resolving issues or delays.
  • Ensure customer specifications and customization details are documented correctly.
  • Maintain marketplace standards for performance and customer service.
  • Monitor listings for accuracy and inventory updates.
  • Learn print shop processes to properly understand product capabilities and limitations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience selling on eBay and/or Etsy (required).
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
  • Strong written communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Comfortable learning technical details about custom products.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Ecommerce, retail, or print industry experience is a plus.
Schedule:
Full-Time:
