  • Manage migration strategy from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS/Azure, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver dashboards, alerts, and integrations that provide a single-pane-of-glass view of system health.
  • Partner with technical support and SaaS operations to enable event management, triage workflows, and analytics for incident resolution.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Define KPIs, SLAs, and baseline thresholds for monitoring performance.
  • Analyze observability data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive automation and integration initiatives to streamline monitoring processes.
  • Explore AI-driven capabilities (e.g., Dynatrace AI) to enhance predictive insights and proactive remediation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in software product management or related leadership roles.

  • Familiarity with Davis AI and AI-driven observability solutions.
  • Proven ability to define KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring strategies.
  • Experience with cloud environments (Azure) and enterprise monitoring frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Dynatrace certification and experience with Business Events.
  • Knowledge of Dynatrace-ServiceNow integration.
  • Familiarity with automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Ansible).
