Job Overview:
The Dynatrace SME will serve as the primary expert for application performance monitoring and observability initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience with Dynatrace implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert.
  • Implement, configure, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams.
  • Analyze application performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, reports, and monitoring strategies.
  • Troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance issues.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training for internal teams.
  • Develop documentation and best practices for Dynatrace usage.
  • Stay current with Dynatrace updates, features, and industry trends.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and implementation.
  • Deep understanding of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) and observability concepts.
  • Experience with performance analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
