We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dynatrace Administrator with expertise in implementing and managing the monitoring and log management solutions in AWS environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, monitoring, and log analysis, as well as deep knowledge of Dynatrace services and architecture.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our hosted applications and infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions for application and infrastructure performance management.
Provide integration solutions of Dynatrace with third party tools.
Experience with configuring and utilizing Dynatrace to diagnose issues.
Responsible for ensuring the Dynatrace agents are deployed and issues with the agents are addressed with the help of the technical teams.
Responsible to work with vendor on addressing issues where vendor engagement in needed.
Responsible for the overall health and functionality of the Dynatrace platform and troubleshooting complex issues.
