Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Sailpoint Developer to design, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions. The role involves leading cloud-based application integrations, managing identity lifecycle processes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective identity and access management.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions in a production enterprise environment
• Lead and execute cloud-based application integrations (SaaS and custom apps) using connectors, REST APIs, and modern authentication protocols
• Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML), provisioning, de provisioning, and access changes
• Configure and maintain access requests, approvals, and governance workflows within ISC
• Develop and manage roles, access profiles, policies, and certifications in SailPoint ISC
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams to onboard applications to the IAM platform
• Troubleshoot integration, provisioning, and entitlement issues across cloud and enterprise systems
• Support audit and compliance requirements by generating reports and ensuring proper access controls
• Contribute to IAM architecture aligned with modern SaaS, cloud, and zero trust principles
• Participate in design reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
