Oracle Identity Analyst / Security Engineer I

 As an Oracle Identity Analyst, you'll work with client and Deloitte teams to design, implement, and enhance Oracle Identity solutions that strengthen access controls, improve user lifecycle management, and support business and regulatory requirements. You'll support Oracle Identity engagements that help clients modernize identity governance, access management, and security architecture across enterprise environments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across strategy, design, deployment, and optimization efforts in complex environments.

Work you'll do

As an Analyst on the Deloitte Cyber team, you will be responsible for...

  • Supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Identity solutions across identity governance, provisioning, access management, and authentication use cases
  • Assisting leaders in technical workshops and present findings to both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Collaborating with business, security, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, document solution designs, and align Oracle Identity capabilities to enterprise objectives
  • Assisting with the integration of Oracle Identity platforms with enterprise applications, directories, and security tools using standard protocols and established implementation patterns
  • Developing access reviews, provisioning, and entitlement management assessments

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Demonstrated training in Oracle Identity Governance
  • Demonstrated understanding of IAM domains
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web development solutions like Java Scripts/HTML.SS
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications: Certification in any one of the products (Oracle (Preferred), SailPoint, Saviynt)
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and IAM automation (SCIM, REST APIs, PowerShell, Python)
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure identity and access management capabilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance like SOX, HIPPA
  • Experience with access controls supporting audit, compliance, or regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in consulting or client-service delivery environment

 The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $68,000 to $133,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
