Job Description

Raymond James Information Security is seeking a Manager to lead the Privileged Access Management engineering team within the Identity and Access Management group. This is a critical, high-visibility, leadership role, leading a team of security engineers owning platforms and applications critical to the IAM program. The Manager will help set the strategic direction for the identity and access management teams and programs. This position helps develops the strategy and is responsible for the implementation of the Identity and Access Management product roadmap with goals of risk reduction, business enablement, operational efficiencies, cost reduction, and security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a centralized, enterprise-wide ownership of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Secrets Management to reduce cyber risk associated with privileged accounts and non-human identities.

  • Support IAM modernization initiatives (e.g., IGA integration, automation, credential-less access patterns) and enable a shift toward zero standing privilege and least privilege access.

  • Address increasing regulatory and audit expectations (SOX, FRB, internal audit) requiring complete visibility, control coverage, and evidence-based reporting of privileged access.

  • Eliminate fragmented onboarding processes, unmanaged privileged accounts, and hardcoded secrets across applications, infrastructure, and DevOps environments.

  • Drive automation and operational efficiency by reducing manual processes and improving scalability of PAM services across global environments.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Technical Skills/Experience:

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in management or leadership.

  • Strong experience leading enterprise PAM programs (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or equivalent).

  • Experience with Secrets Management platforms (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, cloud-native secrets, Kubernetes secrets).

  • Deep understanding of: Privileged account lifecycle management, service accounts and non-human identity security, credential rotation, vaulting, and access control patterns.

  • Experience integrating PAM with IGA solutions (Saviynt, SailPoint).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.

  • Strong knowledge of automation, APIs, and scripting (Python, PowerShell).

  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory expectations (SOX, audit, risk controls).

  • Ability to translate risk and compliance requirements into technical solutions and metrics.
